Practice Philosophy

Mr. Chester believes cosmetic surgery should be unpressurised and sufficient time should be given to patients in clinic to allow important decisions to be made about the type of procedure and indeed to decide whether surgery should be performed at all.

Mr. Chester prides himself on his communication skills and developing a good rapport with his patients. He listens to his patients very carefully to understand their needs. Surgery is then tailored according to the patient’s cosmetic, medical, social and employment requirements.

Mr Chester will frequently see patients more than once in clinic before surgery (only one consultation fee is charged). His other priority is aftercare. The majority of post-operative care is provided by Mr Chester, himself, which he feels is very important to reassure patients and treat problems should they arise. Mr Chester gives out his personal mobile phone number to inpatients when they are discharged from hospital, to allow them direct access for advice.

Mr Chester seeks feedback from his patients via the website. He aims to provide the best care possible for all of his patients. Mr. Chester treats all patients whether privately or NHS with respect and in a manner that he or a relative of his should be treated.

Honesty, integrity and surgical skill has led to Mr. Chester becoming a sought after surgeon.
